As licensed architects under the Council of Architecture (COA), we follow industrystandard norms for pricing and deliverables. You're assured of working with a legally qualified, experienced professional.

Cost per Square Foot (Built-up Area)

Whether you choose vitrified tiles or premium Italian marble, the design fee remains independent of material selection. We empower clients with complete freedom of choice in materials without affecting our pricing.

Unlike conventional firms, we don’t charge based on a percentage of the construction cost (%) or by hourly rates (₹/hr). Instead, we offer a flat per square foot design fee, determined by:

Stage-Wise Split Payments

To align with construction progress, our fees are split across key stages:

Each stage is aligned with COA guidelines for timely deliverables and smooth payments.
